St. Thomas University School of Law
In 1998, Professor William H. Byrnes, IV, the Director and founder, established the first online Master of Laws (LL.M.) International Taxation Program offered by an ABA law school, for which he assembled the top recognized academic and practitioner names as resident and non-resident faculty to teach a fully specialized curriculum in International Taxation & Offshore Financial Centers. The LL.M. program has been multi-disciplined, admitting lawyers, accountants, estate planners, trust officers, and economists who study side-by-side. The LL.M. program has been multi-cultural, with online students from Hong Kong, South Africa, Russia, Brazil, United Kingdom, Italy, Mauritius, Canada, Switzerland, The Bahamas, Belize, USA, China, and many other countries.

The Warnborough University
The Warnborough University Faculty of Business and Management is committed to helping business students realize their career goals. Warnborough University evolved from Warnborough College which was established in Oxford in 1973. As an independent institution it provided American students with the opportunity to study for a semester or year abroad in the city of Oxford, and receive credits towards their degrees back home.

Semple Piggot Rochez
Semple Piggot Rochez was the first legal training firm in the world to deliver a full law degree program online over the Internet . Beginning in 1996 with a small pioneering group of online students it now offers a portfolio of courses designed to support students living and working around the world who are reading for the University of London's Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) and Masters of Law (LLM) by External Study. SPR's programs are offered either exclusively online or as blended learning programs which combine traditional face to face teaching sessions with high level synchronous and asynchronous tutorials and discussion boards. Western State University College of Law delivers a legal education that is both innovative and comprehensive. Nova Southeastern University
