Sally Amirghahari has been working in various areas of law emphasizing in Tax, Estate Planning, General Business, Contract, Corporate Law and Tax Dispute Resolutions since 1985 in Orange County and Los Angeles County, California. Her experience in Tax and Estate Planning, includes preparation of wills, revocable living trust, irrevocable insurance trusts, power of attorney for health care, power of attorney for assets, family limited partnerships, family gifting strategies, and other estate planning strategies. Also includes planning to reduce income taxes and probate administration. Her experience in General Business, Contract and Corporate Law are: forming, liquidating and merging corporations, keeping corporate records up-to-date, forming partnerships and limited liability companies, preparing buy-sell agreements for business succession planning, employment and independent contractor agreements, sale and purchase of business arrangements, and other general business documents and planning. Also includes the tax planning involved in such transactions.
Ms. Amirghahari, has done work in area of Tax Dispute Resolutions by resolving, disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, State Board of Equalization, and other tax authorities. Including preparation of offer-in-compromise and tax settlement agreements.

Professor Robert Anthony is a diverse individual with a strong background as a lecturer, instructor, and principal in private practice. He is the founder of Anthony & Cie, an International Tax Planning Professional practice headquartered in France. As an author, he wrote the book International Fiscal Strategy , as well as producing in excess 35 publications, including such topics as Electronic Commerce, technology, tax issues pertaining to property acquisition, European Value Added Tax (V.A.T.), as well as many policy papers on French Law.
Recently, he has served as a Professor for Nice Sophia-Antipolis University School of Law in France, and at Saint Thomas University School of Law, Miami, USA. In this capacity, Professor Anthony has enlightened his students on the convergence of brick and mortar business practices with the legal consequences springing forth from the Internet. His recent lectures include "How a high jurisdiction can become a tax haven : the French case", and "Direct & Indirect Taxation of E-Commerce". His expertise in these fields will compliment IBLS Online Education courses, as Professor Anthony imparts his many years of private practice and teaching to a global audience.
Dr. Lijiljana Biukovic is well known in International Law circles for her unique perspective on European Union Law.
She is a member of the law faculty at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia and a post-doctoral fellow of the Institute for European Studies (UBC), teaching various courses on European Union law.
She is a respected guest presenter at numerous law conferences and seminars, and is currently working on a textbook on EU Law, entitled "European Union Law; Cases, Text and Materials."
Dr. Biukovic's other areas of expertise include International Commercial Arbitration International, Trade Law and International Dispute Resolution.

Dr. Claudia Gramaccia is a leading international expert in eBusiness and E-Commerce Law from a European perspective. Her experience incorporates academics with the private sector. She has recently been a Professor of eBusiness at the University of Perugia, Faculty of Economics- SIGI, in Italy, and served as a professional corporate strategist providing management consultancy services to global clients in the field of Information and Communication Technology.
Dr. Gramaccia also was Managing Director of KIMIA SPA- Perugia, Italy, where she was responsible for business re-engineering, network establishment with strategic partners, and international business alliances. Her previous academic positions include: Professor of E-commerce Taxation, at MiNE, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – Piacenza, Italy, Associate Professor of Accounting I and II at the American University of Rome, Italy, as an official with the European Commission, Directorate Science and Research,Brussels.
She has been recognized as an economist and admitted to the Ilustre Colegio de los Economistas de Madrid, Spain, where she is the only Italian economist to be recognized under the Directive on free movement of professionals as "Dottore Commercialista". She is a regular keynote speaker at seminars and conferences worldwide on subjects related to business reengineering, competitive strategies and international tax planning.

Alain Megias, who is admitted to the California Bar and to the Paris Bar, has been practicing e-business law from both a European and American perspective. His experience in this field includes the financing of several start-up companies, and the regulatory and tax law analysis related to the issuing of virtual money, and to the establishment of online casinos.
Mr. Megias has also been very active as an author, with the online publication via International Business Law Services of more than two hundred articles on various aspects of Internet and Intellectual Property law worldwide. He is currently working on several scholarly articles concerning the differences between European and U.S. legislations and their consequences on e-businesses.
Mr. Megias’ other areas of expertise include general business contracts, corporate law and international acquisitions, in particular in the telecommunications and real estate sectors.

Robert K. Morrow brings a wealth of academic and professional legal experience to IBLS’ Online Education programs. His academic and professional experience include currently serving as Senior tax counsel, Talley & Co., CPAs, and as Associate dean, Golden Gate University School of Law, Los Angeles. He has also served as Adjunct professor of law, for the LL.M. Taxation Program, Golden Gate University School of Law. Prior to this, Robert was Director of Finance & General Counsel for the Castling Group, LLC.
A Certified Specialist in Taxation Law from the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and United States Tax Court, Robert is well respected for his opinions on how taxation issues are affecting Internet transactions. He enjoys imparting this knowledge on his students, as he empowers them to understand the complexities of taxation.
